Zeynep Şebnem Bayraktar works as an instructor at ScOLa. She received her BA degree in Department of English Language and Literature from Boğaziçi University in 1987;
her MA in Department Of Business Administration- Organisational Behavior from Marmara University in 1996;
Prior to Özyeğin University, she worked at Marmara University as Testing Office Co-ordinator and instructor of English.
